introspection (again)

I have noticed recently that as the days go on and I near the end of my high school career, I’m becoming less of who I am and more of whom I want to be.

My activities — no matter what they are — are more geared toward how I want to prepare myself for my future and for what I want to do for the rest of my life. I don’t know how or why this change started; heck, I don’t even know how I started to notice it. Whatever happens, though, I just know that I like music and that I like playing games. I like to program but I’m not so good at that. I’m prepared for a life of hours staring at my computer with my headphones on, be it playing games or writing music.

In other words:
I can’t wait to get started.
